  • Can understand English and communicate fluently in Hindi or Marathi

    Once you become a mentor, we will provide you with all the materials needed to start this journey

    For every 10 people you register on e-Shram and explain benefits to you will earn INR 250. If you register 100 people you will receive a Workers of India Certificate as well. In order to qualify, please document (take pictures OR interviews of people). You will be provided with a link to upload this.
